ErgoPro is our web-based workstation assessment system, designed by qualified ergonomists and occupational physiotherapists. The self-administered workstation assessment is intuitive, with dynamic learning aids to ensure the user is fully competent to complete the risk assessment. The assessment complies with Health & Safety Regulations.
ErgoPro minimises the demand on administrators by automating many of the time-consuming functions associated with managing workstation assessments. Users receive an emailed invitation to access the system; non-compliance is also recorded. Reminders can be sent at the touch of a button, there is real-time access to assessment records and a suite of reports. Results are securely stored for audit and future reference, obviating the need to keep costly paperwork. In addition, automated solutions to common workstation issues reduce the number of face-to-face follow up assessments required.
Both the assessment and solutions are tailored to each client’s working environments by our qualified ergonomists and specialist equipment such as edit suites and trader desks can be included. The system can also be branded to match the company’s look and feel. There are no hosting or installation costs and no IT resource is required to use ErgoPro. If your company does not have access to the web, we can supply the self-assessments in paper format.
